Why this course?

A success system will help you move towards success and fulfillment more quickly and with more satisfaction.

This is the programme that will add value to all the other courses you take. Goals have their uses in the right context, however if you want to increase your chance of success and fulfilment on an ongoing basis you need a success system. This course will help you design one.

What are the principles behind the course?

To succeed on an ongoing basis we need to: be clear about where we want to go; use our time, energy and attention effectively, and; have a measurement system that helps us know where we are, and continually gives us ideas of how to move forward.

Much of what we've been taught doesn't work very well in today's environment. What works is to be clear about what we want to achieve in the key areas of our lives, to use our time, energy and attention effectively on a daily basis, and finally, have a feedback system that tracks our effort, our key KPI's and encourages accurate feedback and ideas for the future, from those people that are important to us.

Who is it for?

Anyone with a touch of ambition, courage, discipline and openness.

We've found that delegates with these characteristics always receive value from what we do. The programme is designed for all ages.

What's the format?

25+ videos, transcripts, questions, space to answer each question, group discussion for each question, and overall forum.

It's a very powerful learning format. Those that want to get the most value from the course, will answer all the questions - even if their answers aren't fully formed yet - interact and support and learn from other delegates.

How much time do I need to invest?

Learn at your own pace. We recommend 1-2 hours a day 5 days a week over a month, however some complete the whole course in 6 hours, some in 3 months.

We all have different approaches to learning. It's possible to watch and read the videos and transcripts and complete the 39 exercises and post your answers in 6 hours. However we recommend taking 1-2 hours a day, 5 days a week over 4 weeks - this gives you a chance to fully reflect on your answers and post them the following day, this leads to a more powerful learning experience. For those that want to fully engage with the material and other participants, the course will be live for at least 3 months.

What's important?

Answer the questions, post your answer on the discussion boards and learn from and support other delegates.

Answering the questions and posting your ideas on the discussion boards will kick start your thinking, which will continue long after the programme has finished. As a result, you will be more aligned, and be using your time and energy more effectively to produce the results that are important to you.
